You’ve spent years maybe decades trying to “eat healthy.”
You’ve counted calories, tracked macros, skipped meals, swapped meat for plants, swapped butter for margarine, and swapped cow’s milk for nut milks. You’ve done the smoothie thing, the cleanse thing and intermittent fasting. (and every other diet under the sun)
And somehow, despite all that effort, what to eat is still a mystery.
You wake up tired, your gut health is a disaster, your weight only goes up(never down) and you are just sick of feeling like crap after every meal.
I first heard about the Carnivore diet from the Joe Rogan podcast.
I laughed.
I thought to myself, there is no way eating only meat can possibly be good for you.
But I love to experiment and my gut health was in dire shape and I had tried every other diet imaginable and nothing every worked for me.
I won’t keep you hostage, I tried it, and it solved everything. I only wish I started eating this way sooner.

Because getting here wasn’t clean or linear.
I did a lot of “right” things that didn’t work. I made decisions based on fear or dogma. I listened to experts who didn’t know my body. And still every detour brought me closer to clarity.
This space is about embracing those detours. It’s about reclaiming your health one simple, meaty step at a time. No perfection. Just truth, consistency, and curiosity.
What This Isn’t
This isn’t a place for moralizing food, debating macros, or chasing fads.
It’s not about selling a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s not for people looking to white-knuckle through 30 days and bounce back to the old habits. And it’s not about shame, ever.
It’s about freedom. It’s about feeling good in your skin. It’s about making peace with food maybe for the first time in your life.
